3 Useful Decisions that will Help Us Stay Motivated Throughout 2016

It is not about 'New Year, New Me' It is all about 'New Year, Same Person with a Different Determination' There's no point thinking about we should have done this/that in a previous year because 2016 has just begun, and we have the new 365 days to accomplish our goals. Though there were a lot of things happening in my (Manchester based) fashion blogging career such as working alongside with Adidas Neo, attending DvF fashion show, etc, it has to be continued and improved. When we really want something to happen, we just can't stop working on it, can we? We have to keep it going in order to pursue our dreams. Though it is not that easy to get what we want, here are three useful and practical decisions that will help us stay motivated throughout this new year.

 DECIDE TO STOP WORRYING

As mentioned in the previous post that we all have had that lost moment, because we have no idea how the result of the future will turn out. Eventually, it is useless to think about it. Whenever I think about my future, it always makes me worried, well kinda nervous since I have no idea if I am going to make it happen. Sometimes, it makes me fear, which affects on my daily life. Isn't it interesting how the negative feelings can play a huge effect on our minds and bodies? So, it would better for us to make a decision to think more positive in every aspect of life. Think positive, talk positive, and act positive. Like I said, 'focus on the present'

DECIDE TO MAKE A LIST OF THE GOAL AND PROGRESS IN EACH MONTH

I have a handmade 'goal' scrapbook which I have been using since 2013. I have jotted down and listed everything to keep up with my progress in blogging. Not only a number of followers, or visitors to The Equinox Fashion, but also the contents I have produced in each month. By doing this, it keeps me on checking the traffic of my website, as well as, its optimization. I thought it was a lame idea to write down like a kid, but it actually has become one of my helpful assistants for my career.

DECIDE TO START ACTING

No more excuse please! I have heard a lot excuses of why I can't do this, why I can't do that. Seriously, everything depends on our decisions. For me, excuse is just an illusion. It is something that stops us from doing what we want. It is like when we want to lose weight, but still saying 'no time for the gym' Obviously, there is a plenty of time, but deep down we just too lazy to put the gym gear on. Girls, let's do this together! Stop giving the excuses, and start doing because action speaks louder than words. Whatever we want, just step out from the comfort zone, and do it!
