It's been years in the fashion industry, and frankly speaking, I don't feel excited anymore...I mean, I am still a fashion blogger of The Equinox Fashion, but more like a 'style blogger' nowadays. But, I have just dedicated my content and niche to be more traveling recently due to the personal happiness. To 'discover the world & people' is valuable more than the money. That's the reason why I have become one of Thai travel bloggers. My Instagram theme & feed (@thequinoxfashion) has also been changed, as I want to push the lifestyle visual content, more than just everyday #OOTD I don't compete on Instagram with anyone anymore, because I am doing it for myself, and the way I want to inspire my followers.
To combine my street style with how I see the world is the best feelings I have ever had in my entire life.
SPONSORED OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL THE WORLD
I have got a chance to travel 4 times so far this year. Month by month, I got on the plane, traveling to the next destination with the desire to explore the world. From Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia ,my life has been fulfilled with joy and excitement. Being a fashion blogger is fun; free clothes, fashion events, and the opportunity to try the new collection before everyone else. However, being a travel blogger means I get to travel the world.
This year, I got 2 sponsored trips by Travel Blogger Summit Japan & Resorts World Genting, my life just couldn't be happier. Not including, the opportunity to stay at the hotel, or provided food. I mean, money can't buy this stuff. Well, if you are rich, then obviously it can happen, but for me, I am just a normal girl, raised by the middle-class family, not driving BMW new series to work. Therefore, it's good enough.
LIFE LEARNING EXPERIENCE I COULDN'T GET FROM MY MASTER DEGREE
That's right, I graduated with the master degree from Manchester, now working as the social media content marketer for the fashion brand in Bangkok, Thailand. . Thanks to traveling, this is by far, the craziest decision I have ever made in my f*** life. To have the real life experience, to have the inner guts, whatever educational degree can't do shit. To be honest...
The best lesson I have learnt so far from becoming the travel blogger is 'To live my life and believe in myself'
Ask yourself 'Have you lived?'
Love following your travels!

So cool that you're branching out! Travelling is one of the most precious things money can buy, and if you love blogging too, it's the perfect combination!

It's amazing that you're branching out. I also like to cover travel along with fashion as opposed to pigeonholing myself to just one topic. It's so fab that you got two trips sponsored!

Honestly, I admire your decision! I feel the same way, but given the fact I'm a Med student, I'd never be able to travel that much, I mostly travel during summer. This sounds like a dream come true, I'm so happy for you!!
ReplyDeleteHave an amazing week,

I'm so glad you're finding success as a travel blogger and I wish you all the best for Japan, I might be visiting there again for a few days at the end of the year but I'm not sure yet. I think as we grow so do our blogs I started off writing about fashion to but I was never really interested in the latest trends I always dressed how I wanted to and my focus lately has mostly been on travel to as that's what I've been loving the most lately! It's important to follow your heart and do what you love in order to find happiness xoxo
