Truth Is: I Love Cooking

Chicken with lemon sauce

Truth is I don't have time to cook that much or I can say that I rarely cook, but I love it! I'm not saying that I am the best chef in this planet, but cooking is one of the activities which I can relieve stress or tension.

My favourite food is of course "Thai Food" but I cook more to fusion. Authentic Thai dishes are really complicated actually due to the methods and ingredients. That's why I always adapt my preferable dishes together. I know it sounds surprising to know that a fashion blogger like me can cook. Trust me, it also surprises myself too lol

However, I spend almost an hour to make dinner since I am very meticulous one. From preparation to deep fried chicken, I cook like a rhythm of music. I play music while cooking most of the time, and mostly are either Jazz or those 90s tunes. Well, champagne and beer are such great boost factors! ;)

  31. Wowww this looks amazing, I'm so jealous of people who are both skilled cooks and meticulous in everything they do! Sometimes when I'm in a rush or frustrated with my progress, I tend to get a little sloppy. But your culinary skills seem incredible-- this dish looks just scrumptious and your presentation is wonderful!

Hope you have a lovely weekend!
