Studded Denim Vest and Inspiration
Studded, ripped denim and skinny jeans are all my favourite items in my personal wardrobe. It is obviously be seen that my style is not a sweet dress, floral gown or mini-skirt (I can wear them but it just not what I have in mind) But instead, I feel more confident when I mix&match some kinds of urban street clothes together. It looks 0% feminine, however, it is what I like and it is just the style that makes me feel like myself the most. At first, I was merely wearing American flag crop top and black velvet high-waist pants, but it looked quite flat, so I thought that layering with this studded/beaded denim vest would make it looked more interesting.The look was inspired by Sum 41(my favourite old school band) since I wanted to look a bit punk-rock yet remains the sense of down-to-earth like "heyyyy let's hang out" :D
Up to now, I have been asked "who my inspiration is?" and the answer is still the same.
So don't be surprised if my answer is "I don't know, maybe music"
I mean I have favourite brands and people who I look up to such as Marc Jacob or Westwood, but mostly I can say that all my outfits are always inspired by "MUSIC" I don't really know how to explain but it just happens like "it pops up in my head all of sudden"
Isn't it good to wear whatever that make you feel like yourself? :)
