My Very First Blog Post Back in 2011

Looking back in October, 2011, the time when I have decided to name my blog as The Equinox Fashion. Some people may delete their old blog posts because of whatever reasons, however, I just want to keep them in order to remind myself how far I have become whenever I feel down from the blogging industry. My very first blog post back in 2011 was obviously about the criticism about the fashion industry. Yep, first start with the harsh words, still it has become my personality in blogging, which 90% of my content consist of my personal opinion towards the society and fashion trend, also the motivation based on my experience. It can be seen that the fashion content is only accounted for 10%. 


At first, I found it a little bit struggling to come up with the content for my blog. I didn't know if I should forecast the trend, or write about the ongoing celebrity outfit. Yet, I knew deeply in my soul that I didn't read the magazine, nor any kinds of the red carpet reports. Also, I felt as if I had to force myself to write anything about fashion. Therefore, I chose not to focus on the fashion topic, though I am a fashion blogger. I know it's weird lol. 

For me, I don't think that I am a beautiful person. I don't have the model's height or skinny body shape like others. Yet, I have got my own style, which is pretty unique. Due to my personality, I am one of those straight up persons who dress up in whatever I want. I don't really care about the trend because I don't want to look like anybody. So, the only choices I had that time were my "style" and "inspirational" posts. I still love writing those contents nowadays because they are truly my voice. 

I actually wrote down on a piece of paper about the goal of blogging, surprisingly, I am still the same person with the developed style according to what I wrote "I want to be the inspirational blogger who motivates other people" I can 100% say that it makes me feel good when people approach me and say "I love your blog, and your words. It is totally motivating me to do what I love" I don't even know how much I can elevate my #ootd from now on, but I can say that I will still be the same person who doesn't get distracted by the fantasized temptation of this industry. 

At the end of the day, from 2011 to 2015 (I took a break from this blogosphere in 2012&2013) I still the down to earth fashion blogger who doesn't give a *** about anything of what people may say because I just want to share my sincere opinions and be honest to you :)
