Symphony Chiffon (シンフォニー・シフォン 北堀江店), Place for Every Dessert Lover

If you follow me on my Instagram (@thequinoxfashion) You may notice that all I had been doing in Tokyo and Osaka was 'eating' I mean why not? Japan is one of the dessert paradises like I always mention...As a food blogger of The Equinox Fashion, eating is my cardio. In fact, according to the stats I regularly check, you guys seem to enjoy  my Food Review, even more than some other sections! So, I just want to fulfill your desire by introducing y'all to another chiffon shop I went to. That's right, another day, another chiffon. Here in Osaka, Symphony Chiffon (シンフォニー・シフォン 北堀江店)'s absolutely the right place if you are a dessert lover.

Since the last time I had an opportunity to visit Last Chiffon in Tokyo, I have become a chiffon sucker (no shame guys). Likewise, here at Symphony Chiffon, the one I had was very fresh and so spongy that I couldn't stop eating. What's better than the newly baked chiffon sent straight from the oven, right? The combination of the sweetness from the syrup, and a bit of salty from the butter, balanced with fresh whipped cream, I actually could live here forever. 

Remember the last time I tried banana chocolate and mixed fruits? Now, it was all about the chiffon. The quality was exactly the same as Tokyo's, DELICIOUS's all I can say. I always think that everything in Japan is yummy, even at the convenient store (that gets me food coma every time) Or maybe because I have absorbed everything about Japanese since I was a kid, especially the food/dessert TV show. That might be the reason why I am so familiar with it. 

The delicacy at the kitchen is probably what I enjoy watching the most. I mean, if you love cooking like I do, every step is like a smooth jazz music, which is so serene and you will eventually end up having a peaceful of mind. I know I don't look like this type of person, but I think very deeply ha! Every ingredient, and every step of creating the dish has to be on point. Personally, cooking, baking, and even eating is an 'art' for me. That is the main reason why I have become a food blogger nowadays. Not only tasting the food is my job, but also taking the photos. These are literally favourite parts of being a blogger.

As stated above, the chiffon cake was so soft that it satisfied my tongue perfectly. When I cut this big chunk in a half, I could definitely saw the texture inside, which I couldn't stop bouncing the knife on it. 

Therefore, if you have a chance to visit Osaka, make sure to stop by Symphony Chiffon! 

Symphony Chiffon Osaka จะเป็นอีกสาขาหนึ่งของ Last Chiffon โตเกียวที่แก้วไปมาเมื่ออาทิตย์ที่แล้วค่ะ แต่บอกได้เลยว่าถึงแม้จะอยู่คนละเมืองแต่อร่อยเหมือนกันเป๊ะ! คือบางคนอาจจะคิดว่าเอ๊ะคนละที่จะอร่อยเหมือนกันรึปล่าว งานนี้ต้องยกนิ้วให้คนญี่ปุ่นในเรื่องอาหารและขนมเลยค่ะ เพราะว่าชิฟฟอนที่แก้วกินนั้นรสชาติเหมือนกับที่โตเกียวเป๊ะๆ ครั้งที่แล้วแก้วกินเมนูที่เป็นกล้วยราดช็อกโกแล็ต แต่คราวนี้จะเป็นชิฟฟอนเน้นๆ เสริฟพร้อมวิปครีมและน้ำเชื่อมค่ะ อย่างที่เคยบอกไปว่ามาคนเดียวไม่ต้องสั่งเยอะ เพราะแค่ก้อนเดียวก็จุกแล้ว 55 ชิฟฟอนคุณภาพดี นุ่มลิ้น กินแล้วไม่เลี่ยนดีค่ะ ไม่รู้นะแก้วอาจจะเป็นคนเดียวที่รู้สึกว่าบ้านเราอาหารและขนมหวานกว่าที่ญี่ปุ่นมาก แก้วเลยคิดว่ากินที่ญี่ปุ่นยังไงก็ไม่เลี่ยน โดยเฉพาะชิฟฟอนร้อนๆ ที่เพิ่งออกจากเตาอบทานกับวิปครีมสดและผลไม้คืออิ่มและอร่อยแบบเข้ากันได้ดีมากๆ ค่ะ 

ดังนั้นถ้าใครได้มีโอกาสมาเที่ยวที่โอซาก้าต้องแวะมาที่นี่เลย Symphony Chiffon รับรองไม่ผิดหวัง!
