Peyuk Multi Mix Collagen Plus
-Is it easy to drink? (10/10)
I drink collagen as usual (probably 3-4 days a week) as I think it is very essential for a woman over 30. I have tried many brands, and this one is really easy to drink. Some people do really concern about the sweetener added, but this one is really ok to drink the whole glass without a doubt about the extra sugar. Since they claimed that "no sugar added" Also, it smells really good :)

ปกติแก้วจะเป็นคนดื่มคอลลาเจนเป็นประจำ ลองมาหลายแบรนด์มาก และนี่ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งแบรนด์ที่คิดว่าดื่มง่าย ไม่เหม็นคาว และที่สำคัญคือไม่หวานแสบคอเพราะทางแบรนด์เคลมว่าไม่มีน้ำตาล พอได้ลองจริงๆ กลิ่นจะออกแบบหวานๆ เยลลี่ๆ หน่อย พอผสมลงในน้ำจะเป็นสีชมพู ดื่มง่าย ไม่เหม็นเลยจริงๆ

I love the fact that the ingredients have been imported from Japan, which you know it must be a good quality. Apart from Abalone powder, Fish collagen dipeptide, Hydrolyzed type II collagen, there are more than 20 other ingredients included, especially those with high vitamin c such as Acerola cherry extract and Acai powder. From my experience, some beauty brand only contains 90% with collagen, but this one included lots of extracts which beneficial to skin and eyesight.

อะไรที่ทำให้แก้วรู้สึกว่าคอลลาเจนของแบรนด์นี้ต่างจากเจ้าอื่น? ก็เพราะว่าสารสกัดที่เยอะกว่า 20 ชนิดอัดรวมกันในซองเดียว บางแบรนด์จะเน้นแค่ในส่วนของคอลลาเจนอย่างเดียว แต่ของแบรนด์นี้มีสารสกัดอื่นๆ เช่น ผงหอยเป่าฮื้อ สารสกัดบิลเบอร์รี่ ผงอาซาอิ และอื่นๆ เหมือนเราดื่มวิตามิน C เข้าไปด้วยทีเดียว ถึงแม้จะน้อยแต่ก็ยังมีสารสกัดอย่างลูทีนที่ช่วยเรื่องการมองเห็นด้วย คือแก้วเลยมองว่ามันไม่ได้แค่เรื่องคอลลาเจนสำหรับผิว แต่มีวิตามินอื่นๆ เข้าไปเสริมด้วย

I have written about Peyuk coffee in this post, so might want to read about all of the ingredients first. It's called a 'healthy coffee' since there are lots of good extracts added (both have similar ingredients) These can be the right gift for your family, or people with a health issue since they use a rice bran oil non dairy creamer. I am one of those with a lactose issue, so this one may be a good option to give it a go.

ถึงแม้จะเป็นกาแฟแต่สารสกัดก็แน่นทั้งคู่ (สามารถคลิกอ่านได้นะคะเพราะแก้วเคยพูดถึงเรื่องสารสกัดไว้ก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว) ดังนั้นสามารถเป็นของขวัญสำหรับคนที่กังลเรื่องสุขภาพได้นะคะ เพราะทางแบรนด์บอกเลยว่า น้ำตาล และ คอเลสเตอรอล 0% อีกอย่างถ้าใครที่มีปัญหาเรื่องแลคโตสแบบแก้ว ทางแบรนด์ใช้ครีมเทียมน้ำมันรำข้าวแทนค่ะ เหมาะกับคนที่มีปัญหาเรื่องการย่อยยาก
- The coffee (7/10)
Personally, I prefer a coffee made by machine or simply just order from a coffeehouse. Even though, Peyuk and Parare does have a nice coffee smell, for instant coffee I would rate it at 7 out of 10. It can be a great cup for those who love it quick, but I prefer minutes of coffee making method. I had my family tried it as well, and they said it can be an option for a rush-hour before work. A nice coffee serves 100% energy. Yet, my mom prefers other types of coffee bean.

ยิ่งโตขึ้นเราก็ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องของกาแฟมากขึ้น แล้วก็ชอบดูบาริสต้าชงกาแฟมากขึ้นเช่นกันเพราะกรรมวิธีและขั้นตอนค่อนข้างละเอียดอ่อน ก็เลยน้อยมากๆ ที่จะหันมาแกะซองแบบพร้อมดื่มค่ะ จริงๆ มันง่ายมากนะ แค่ฉีกซอง ดื่ม แล้วไปทำงาน ก็ได้พลังงานไปเลย ถ้าใครที่ชอบความเข้มข้นของกาแฟอาราบิก้าอาจจะถูกใจแต่สำหรับแก้วขอเป็นตัวเบาๆ นุ่มๆ ก็โอเคแล้วค่ะ
