Location for the Photo Shoot

Do you find it difficult to find a place to do a photo shoot for your blog? I think it is one of those issues for the bloggers like us. It is hard to find the right location to snap some #ootd because people are everywhere. Especially, if you are thinking about doing it at the weekend, then think again. However, if you love the bustling life of the big city, I guess this shouldn't be a problem at all. 

Valentine's Day

Valentine's day is just another ordinary day for me because I feel no special or excited about it. I have boyfriend but I don't think we are gonna do anything extraordinary on such day since everyday is our special day. Actually, there's no point if we only express love to each other or do something exclusively only on 14 Feb like one of the guys told me "why should I be surprised or feel special on Valentine's day when we can do it daily." 

Personally, I feel love and grateful in everything that happens in my life not just about the relationship. I love my family, my parents, my dog, my friends, my readers, and I love The Equinox Fashion as much as I love myself. Maybe I am just a workaholic person, I don't know lol I love this blogosphere too much to turn back on because it is the place which I have built by my own two hands. Even though I don't have 500K followers like everybody else, I still love in what I do. It is my passion so I have decided to let it grows by itself or "go with the flow" if you say so.

However, it is also important for you to "love yourself" and treat with best. Some people overlook and give it all to boyfriends/girlfriends without sparing even just a tiny bit to themselves. I understand that to be in relationship makes all of us happy, but if we don't know how to love ourselves, then how are we supposed to share to others? At the end of the day, the only thing that exists and stays with us until the last breath is 'ourselves' 

Therefore, according to Valentine's Day, I would love to dedicate this sphere to send some love and hearts to all of you with my rare photoshoot of me (wearing dress) with Get The Label. I love you all because you guys mean so much to me. I wouldn't be this far without your support. Lots of love <3

#GTLChristmas Calendar

The Equinox Fashion had a really good opportunity to do another collaboration under the campaign of "#GTLChristmas Calendar" with Get the Label. However, I wasn't the only blogger participated in this photo shoot since there were other influential UK's bloggers such as Victoria from In the Frow, Lurch Hound Loves, Hannah Louise F, That Pommie Girl and Kayla Hadlington as well. 

I woke up around 7 or 7:15 ish in order to get ready in the morning. I was a bit sleepy to be honest because I am not an early bird person lol However, the show must go on! All the bloggers did the Christmas Calendar photoshoot at Get the Label's HQ located in Salford which is not really far from where I live. It was a really good opportunity to meet the team in person because I had only contact with Natalie from GTL via email before. Everyone's so nice and friendly, even though it was my very first time meeting them. Other bloggers are very active and deserve to be 'influential bloggers' since they work so professionally. 

The purpose of this calendar shoot's to raise the money for the kid's charity 'The Cash for Kids Mission Appeal wants to raise £1 million worth of toys to donate to Manchester's poorest children this Christmas'

Photo Shoot with Grafea, Manchester

The photo shoot with Grafea was really amazing, and I could say that it was one of the smoothest photo shoot ever since it was all about street style. 

Some people may ask "Who is Grafea?" It is Manchester based brand which specializes in high-quality bag. Every single bag is designed and produced with premium leather that makes the bags even more durable. If you have a chance to check out Grafea's website, you will see loads of beautiful bags, as well as, camera bags and satchels. 

Believe it or not, sometimes I can be really shy in front of the camera. I don't know either I should smile or not, and I guess some of you may have the same problem like I do lol However, whenever I put my street style items on, I feel like myself the most. Similar to the photo shoot with Grafea, I literally felt confident about it. It was the 1st time working with Amy, the photographer&PR of the brand, however, everything went so well and we got along just fine. It's like a team work to be honest! We both love Graffiti and street art, so we spent an hour walking randomly just to find some cool locations to shoot. I worked backstage and in a studio before, so I did see some kinds of people who acted too divaism to cope with the shoot. Some didn't even want to move anywhere, while some kept asking for posh/glam locations only. For my bloggers out there, when brands give you an opportunity to work together, put 200% in it. It is good for yourself, also the relationship for the next collaboration. Some of my friends don't like Graffiti or can't even deal with street locations because they think it's dirty, but if they can't adapt themselves to certain situations, I don't really know how they can cope with their lives. 

When the opportunity arrives, "Give it all you've got!" Make the camera loves you, make the brand loves you and feel confident about it.

Halloween Photo Shoot with Rock On Ruby

Some of you may still remember the collaboration of The Equinox Fashion x Rock on Ruby since July. The brand sent its uber cool slogan tee to me all the way from United Kingdom to Bangkok, Thailand in order to become another versatile piece for my holiday. Our relationship has been growing since then, like I said before that I love keeping in contact with the brands which I have worked with, not just for friendship but connection also. It is good to get to know other people, as well as, appreciate those who willing to work with you, isn't it? And last month, The Equinox Fashion had a great opportunity to work with ROR again on the photo shoot with "Creep It Real" Halloween collection.

Since I arrived in Manchester, Rock on Ruby has become my great partner for events! We always go to events together because we are team. Even though, I am not a part of the brand's team members, I can say that our friendship is just amazing. Not many brands would come down and hang out with you but ROR does. 

In this photo shoot set, I was wearing pink leggings with the top and accessories provided by the brand. It was really smooth when we worked together. I don't know it seems like we know each other for long time, so it was really quick and easy for us to do a collaboration together.
