Photo and Video Quality by Samsung Galaxy S7, Does it Worth the Price?

*All of the photos in this post are original, and no any apps or filters edited* I have been asked lately if Samsung Galaxy S7 worth the price, or do I still prefer the big camera ? My answer is the phone can be a life saver (the quality is so damn good!), yet, I prefer to use my NIKON as the main equipment for my blog. Mobile phone and the real camera cannot be replaced, in my opinion. No matter how expensive the phone is, the camera still the right BFF for the greatest photo quality. However, I am really pleased with the outcome of my experiment last week, which I shot the lookbook, as well as, filmed the video for The Equinox Fashion YouTube channel

Casual #OOTD

My style is not that complicated when I just grab and pair whatever I can find in my wardrobes. I am not a designer labels' fan, nor runway follower. So, I pretty much buy the clothes, which suit my style, not considering brands, or price tags. This is my casual #OOTD, street, and simple.

Risky Outfit

Earrings- Hidden Treasure

'Risky Outfit' is not just about how we mix&match the palettes and bold prints, but how we choose the outfits also. I am not an expert about fashion, I don't usually wear a dress because I am more into tomboyish monochrome style, however, I have recently seen young teenage girls and they make me wonder how their parents let them come outside with the outfits like that? Being a teenagers is fun because it is the time of experiment, but too much disclosure can be dangerous tooTo be honest, the teenage girls these days know what they are doing. I couldn't even pair the clothing pieces together when I was young because I didn't know how and what to wear. I didn't even know what fashion was actually. Speaking as an old person right here, I think some young girls whom I have seen so far dressing up in quite a risky way.

Spring #ootd

I have to admit that Spring makes me feel a bit happier after miserable winter in this country. However, it still quite cold in Manchester, United Kingdom....Of course, this is North not the central part. So, the weather can be a bit tricky sometimes. If you have followed me on Instagram, you may notice that I have been wearing colourful clothes recently. I used to wear only black and black and black all the time, but I have learnt that wearing such vibrant pieces or adding some fun prints make me and my social platform look more cheerful in terms of the visual.

Don't Expect Others to Change

There always be the moment when we wish we could change the behaviour of others to satisfy what we are expecting them to be. Why he keeps procrastinating? Why she always late? However, I found it kinda annoying to wait for the change which to be honest it might not even gonna happen. Sometimes, it makes me feel frustrated why such annoying behaviour can't be altered and why it is so hard for some people just to think logically of what to do or what not. Eventually, it only drives us crazy or even insane for some of us who have high hope in changing others' behaviour. Well, keep thinking positive is good, but personally I would rather change my attitude and don't expect others to change for me because it can be hard and chances are it may or may not going to happen

Horrible Date (Based on True Story)

I am a picky person, I am a workaholic person but I f*** up so many times about dating lol. What I am going to tell you guys is based on my personal experience that happened a while ago. All I can say is my previous relationships or dates ended up like shit, I wasted my money (a lot) and sacrificed my heart and soul to find the REAL love, however, those shitty days have strengthened me to be the tough person nowadays.  So, this is the type of guy we should avoid in order to save our hearts for the one who actually deserve.

1. The up and down

I met this guy at A Day to Remember Concert and I kinda liked him you know... He's not my type (at all) but I didn't know why I still fell for him. Maybe we had the same type of music or maybe we were just the lonely people who needed someone to talk to.

Things went well at the beginning. We texted to each other and we went out once. It was a romantic night and I guessed we both enjoyed it. Oh well, he didn't even touch the food though lol Even though we were having a dinner at luxury Japanese restaurant located on the top of the building, he said he had already eaten so he wasn't going to eat anything except a drink lmao. I didn't expect him to pay a bill or anything but I felt a bit weird for him just to watch me as his date night eating Tempura while he was drinking a glass of water. I didn't mind paying the bill included his bottle of water, so I was willing to pay.

I guess he didn't like wandering around the building, so he took me out and bought beers instead. We went to the shop and bought some cans of beers, then headed to the park and sat down. It was hot and humid actually...

It didn't go well afterward. I literally texted him almost every day, however, I received his texts every other day or less than that. Sometimes, he texted me so many in one day, and the next day he disappeared again! I was really confused! Well, I am a stubborn person so I kept on breaking my heart into pieces by waiting for his texts over and over again. Many of my friends told me to stop but nope honey bee not yet lmao.

I had hope for almost a month until I couldn't wait any longer, so I stopped.

I think it was a month or two months later when he messaged me on Facebook saying "I am so sorry about everything but I dind't mean to treat you like that. I know I am a bad guy and you are a perfect girl, so I didn't want to hurt your feelings...Is it possible if we can start again?"

(Inner thought; start again!? Go f**** yourself, you treated me like a doormat so no thank you kiddo.)

However, I texted him with the emoji like " :) " that's it and no more conversation after that.

It was one of the shittiest date I have ever had in my entire life and he's like grrrrrrr I have no words to describe how hot and cold he was lmao. Oh well, it was an experience which taught me a lot about this TYPE of guy I wish I will never ever gonna meet again in the future.

Outfit -> I paired this camo jacket gifted from the vintage shop, House of Bricks who kindly sent me the pair of uber cool sunglasses and little note which is so lovely. I love reading the notes or postcards sent from brands since it is such a good feeling to read the handwriting, not from electronic device. I matched this jacket with my USA cropped top purchased from Bangkok, Thailand and the pants I bought from Primark. If the weather was good, I would more than happy to wear the camo jacket with shorts and boots because I love wearing shorts with over-sized tops/jackets!

The products provided by House of Bricks are also lovely as well, there are so many colourful pieces I love, as well as, the vintage jackets I would love to pair with my sneakers :)

Photo Shoot with Grafea, Manchester

©Grafea

The photo shoot with Grafea was really amazing, and I could say that it was one of the smoothest photo shoot ever since it was all about street style

Some people may ask "Who is Grafea?" It is Manchester based brand which specializes in high-quality bag. Every single bag is designed and produced with premium leather that makes the bags even more durable. If you have a chance to check out Grafea's website, you will see loads of beautiful bags, as well as, camera bags and satchels.

Believe it or not, sometimes I can be really shy in front of the camera. I don't know either I should smile or not, and I guess some of you may have the same problem like I do lol However, whenever I put my street style items on, I feel like myself the most. Similar to the photo shoot with Grafea, I literally felt confident about it. It was the 1st time working with Amy, the photographer&PR of the brand, however, everything went so well and we got along just fine. It's like a team work to be honest! We both love Graffiti and street art, so we spent an hour walking randomly just to find some cool locations to shoot. I worked backstage and in a studio before, so I did see some kinds of people who acted too divaism to cope with the shoot. Some didn't even want to move anywhere, while some kept asking for posh/glam locations only. For my bloggers out there, when brands give you an opportunity to work together, put 200% in it. It is good for yourself, also the relationship for the next collaboration. Some of my friends don't like Graffiti or can't even deal with street locations because they think it's dirty, but if they can't adapt themselves to certain situations, I don't really know how they can cope with their lives.

When the opportunity arrives, "Give it all you've got!" Make the camera loves you, make the brand loves you and feel confident about it.

Why people reading your blog? X Majique London

Have you ever asked yourself “Why you’re writing your blog?” Some may create this online sphere as a hobby, diary or social media which they can share with friends or just for leisure time. Personally, I started blogging a few years ago when I was studying in university. I didn’t even feel like blogging would be something very crucial to my life because it’s just one of the internet’s tools which you can use for meeting new people and tell the stories. Sometimes, I also wondered what should I really blog since there are wide variety of topics to opt for such as lifestyle, fashion trend, food and etc. However, The Equinox Fashion has surprisingly started to unintentionally bring out my inner character bits by bits and make me who I really am today.

From my experience, blogging is like personal branding. Your blog is your brand, and to have such brand means that you have to stand out from the massive crowd. Nowadays, there are lots and lots of fashion bloggers, beauty vloggers popping up on the internet. So, the question is “how are you gonna make yourself become one of those bloggers to be remembered?"

I even started blogging by updating runway trends which I felt as if I had to force myself to come up with the topics. I don’t really watch or update with the fashion shows to be honest because I love mix&match items from street fashion market, or going out and taking snapshots from REAL people. A bag worth $1000 doesn’t make you become a trendsetter in reality. So how to become THAT blogger everyone keeps following?

You need to create something called “Your Personal Style” and stick to that as if style is your heart& soul. Many girls can wear a Simpsons skirt like what I am wearing, but the outfit with my skirt is going to be only look that represents my street style. You have to think of how to be different from everybody else and it will lead you the way, as well as, start disclosing your genuine character too. Like I said about “branding yourself” Stick to your signature, and growing the readers/audience by letting them remember “who you really are” Even though some may ask that to stick with your style mean you cannot wear something else? Yes, you can but it doesn’t mean that today you wear dress, tomorrow you wear street style, and the next day you become Parisian.  My advice is to cling to what your signature is. In one outfit, you gotta have something that tells “your story”

London Fashion Week Outfit I x Erza by Zalora Thailand

According to the previous post about having an interview with Nataliebcoleman with her SS15 collection, I would love to continue posting about an ongoing vibe in London Fashion Week14 which I attended last week. However, let’s keep the other interviews and designers’ showcases for next week but taking a look at what I wear, shall we?

I participated in London Fashion Week this year for a few days, therefore one of my outfits was provided by Zalora Thailand with its latest launched “Erza collection” and the other one was from me and the earrings sent from UK based brand called “Orelia Jewellery”.

The Equinox Fashion has been chosen to be one of the style influencers by Zalora Thailand, an online shopping retail which offers wide variety of products from womenswear, menswear to accessories. I had been contacted by Zalora Thailand only almost a week before I left to London for the fashion week. Or I can say that the outfit had been delivered merely one day before I off to the airport in the next day. Whew! That was so closed!

As a style influencer, I wanted to make a difference this time by not wearing a monochrome outfit because I really love so many vibrant products from Erza collection. As a result, I chose the white blazer and summery palazzo pants instead. Wearing these two pieces together wasn’t only making me feel totally new but also gave me more chances to wear such boho chic look to the big event like London Fashion Week. I guess, it is really rare to see me not wearing my signature streetstyle look which is all about “black” items. I felt really great to see my own reflection in another style :)

Thank you so much Zalora Thailand for choosing me as a style influencer. Your Erza items are really wicked and stylish!

Pre AW 2014 Look x Yesfor

My "Pre Autumn/Winter 2014 Look" is still going to be a signature outfit consisting of black and white colours. I have been playing with those fun palettes for several times, and I really love the fact that those colours play such an important role in boosting my characteristic to be more cheerful and lively for this Summer. However, time goes by really fast and now we are reaching September (Can you believe this!?) Now it's time for my heart to eagerly call "monochrome" back.

Some people say "white is the new black" But for me "Black is the new black" because it is the right colour which is really versatile. I always mix and match my streeet style look with black pieces because I feel more confident with it. Besides, I love how contrast it can be when toying such colour with neon or super bright tones together. Obviously, my ombre hair is brightened by black outfit!

Just like this look which I am wearing a faux rabbit hair coat provided from Yesfor.com. I was contacted by the marketing team in order to select some products to feature on The Equinox Fashion. There are wide variety of options that I wanted to style with, but eventually I went for this gorgeous coat and short dress instead. I love the fact that this item really goes well with my split skirt purchased from Missguided and Monday top I bought from random shop located in Siam Square, Bangkok, Thailand. I actually love shopping at street fashion market though because I think a broad range of items offered are more interesting than some of those sold at well known high-street shops. Personally, I don't think it is necessary to show others how much you spend money on your clothes as long as the outfit represents your style. Some people try too hard to be in fashion industry by paying much money on clothes and end up going nowhere. In my opinion, I think this is not really a smart choice to be consumed by such temptation.

Japanese Inspired, Kimono Trousers x Alice's Pig

For me, the era of super tight skinny jeans has passed. I had been wearing those  unhealthy yet uber hipster trendy for a very long time when I was younger. Black skinny jeans, oversized tank-top and Vans, who wouldn't love that cool look!? But in nowadays, I tend to wear such jeans less than before because I feel a bit tight and uncomfortable when moving around. Especially, eating too much can be a pain in the *** when you have stuff everything in your stomach while such tight jeans is about to explode. So, I guess it is the right time to try something more comfy and mature-ish.

I quite love to do some research about fashion in Japan because there are wide variety of styles that can make you speechless. From Harajuku craziness to high-end glamourous, it is very interesting to see a diversity in many communities. Personally, one of the most beautiful pieces that I would love to have in my wardrobe is definitely a "kimono" since I love the fine and elegant piece of art work which embraced the Japanese's attribute and  trait perfectly.

However, possessing the kimono can be costly, therefore my another option is a "kimono trousers" sent from Alice's Pig. I actually published a post "Kimono Trousers x Alice's Pig" a long time ago but this time I would love to make a different in the outfit by layering up with Primark's jacket and a tiny clutch from Milin.
To play with this look, I really enjoy wearing wedges purchased from Jeffrey Campbell because it would be kind of weird to wear creepers or some sort of boots. It is a Summer time, the feminine but not so feminine look is absolutely what I heart for at the moment.

25th Birthday

As I said on Instagram "The more years to come, the more I feel alive&tougher" That's right some people feel like getting old when numbers increasing, but for me I feel literally younger and more sophisticated not just my inner self but style also. At the age of 25 like this, I am well-equipped like the warrior who are ready to fight and experience the pathway to achieve my goal.

In the previous year, I came across several kinds of obstacles included tough decisions which I couldn't even make it in a day. Not only struggling days but also fake people I had to deal with since there were too many which I have already deleted those unpleasant memories out of my head. Like I always say "Cut the crap out of my life" It is easier that way because it is a waste of my time to complain or even think about. New age, new chapter, new lessons learn.

All the time spending on thinking about how others thinking about me, I would rather think about what should I do to improve myself to be a better person. Also, family members who mean a lot to me. Some of you may know that I am a "family person" I can be wild and do many reckless or more to f*** up situations, however, family always comes first. I can say that I love my friends and boyfriend very much, still my mom, dad, brothers and super dog always come first. I know what I did in the past was wrong, so I just want to spend the rest of my life being a good daughter and make them proud even though I am not kind of person who say ILY mom or express feelings that much. I am just a tough one with sensitive mind indeed lol

My upcoming goals are

-Improving on my street fashion blog
-Accomplishing master degree in fashion marketing management in Manchester
-Backpacking in Alaska
-Working out for health and abs!
-About marriage? Nah I have never thought about that nor I don't even feel like being attached. I need to pursue my career first until I can get ready for another chapter with someone else.

Anyway, thank you so much for birthday wishes sent on IG and Facebook! You guys rock and I really appreciate it :)
