'ECCO INTRINSIC' Spring & Summer 2016

"Each pair of ECCO shoes is touched by 210 pairs of hands before they reach the consumer" I was introduced to the ECCO shoes for the first time when I was 14 years old, I have still never had any issues with the quality of this brand until now. Founded in 1963 in Denmark, ECCO has more than 19,800 employees throughout the globe. The Equinox Fashion was cordially invited to ECCO INTRINSIC Spring& Summer 2016 collection preview on 24th March, 2016 at the Renaissance Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. In fact, the event filled with the activities, that the participants could take part in, included DIY leather key ring. Curious what ECCO has got to offer in this collection? Here, I literally can't wait to show y'all what the event was all about.

Blogging is a good investment, depending on what we are investing in. Clothes, designer brands, camera, etc I believe we, as bloggers, have the similar perspective towards these items. However, not every clothe we wear worth our spending, nor every camera model gives us the same satisfaction. It is all depending on 'what we need' And 'if that item is worth our savings' Not sure if what you are going to buy is the right choice? My experience maybe able to help. 

You Don't Need to Be 'Beautiful' to Become a Blogger

Why you don't need to be 'beautiful' or look like a supermodel to become a blogger? Because beauty cannot define 'success' In some careers, yes, it requires that it-girl face to be on a cover of the magazine, but for a blogger, not really. I am from the country, where double-standard is real. The norm of a girl has to be white, or Korean-like, somehow recently the attitude has a little bit changed. Some people think being white (I mean white like Asian white not European) is the best, that's why there are so many whitening products sold all over the cosmetic counters. People can be famous very easily if their faces are up to the standard of the society, having a sexy figure is a plus (as well as having money). They are craving for that aura skin, while I can't even explain how much I obsess with darker skin. In my entire life, I have never considered myself as a girl with a pretty face because that's how the society defined me since I was a kid. However, who gives a f*** about that? Being a blogger doesn't mean that we have to be gorgeous, or look great all the time. I think it is all about the 'character' here.

On 15, March 2016, The Equinox Fashion was invited to Aeropostale launched at Robinson Rama9, Bangkok, Thailand. As I mentioned in The Equinox Fashion Instagram that it wasn't just an ordinary event, because this time I had such a great opportunity to do a quick snapshot with the team inside the store as well. Having fun styling the pieces, mixing and matching the must-have items with the street style look, I really had a great time at the store. Daniel Footwear Spring Summer 2016

We are officially in the Spring moment when everything is blooming beautifully. Colourful flowers all around the city, which is a perfect season for the photo shoot. Though, the weather is now more friendly than ever, changing the wardrobes is not the only option. Planning on getting a new pair of shoes are my favourite leisure, as some of us are already know that I have been collecting shoes and sunglasses as the major hobby. Daniel Footwear, an independent retailer with more than 30 stores in the UK, has gotten so many pairs to offer this season. From the must have Ash boots to luxury brand Michael Kors, SS16 can definitely be something new.

Dining Experience at Muteki (むてき）by Mugendai Bangkok

Sunday well spent with Banana& Nutella Cheese Roll, who wouldn't love the combinations of fruits and melted luscious Nutella!? Though, I am not a sweet tooth person, I couldn't resist the dessert menu served by Muteki by Mugendai Bangkok. Being (The Equinox Fashion) Manchester based blogger for a year was 100% work dedication. Yet, it was very difficult to have a pleasant dining experience like in Asia (NOW I'm back as Thai fashion blogger, so woo hooo!!!). Why? The food is not that variety, so obviously less choices to opt for. If you live in Asia such as Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, or Singapore, you will automatically know what I am talking about. If not, you are cordially invited to have a vacation here. 

How Did I Become a Fashion Blogger for The Equinox Fashion

Interviewed and photo shoot with WearYouWant, Thai blood online fashion retailer, some of you may have seen the photos I have posted on The Equinox Fashion Instagram already. However, what bring my attention here is that I have not done or shared my personal journey of 'how did I become a fashion blogger for The Equinox Fashion' yet. Wanna know what I've been up to nowadays? Which brands I have worked with? Based on the interview I did (in Thai), here is something I cannot wait to share with you all. 

Blogging Is a Passion, Not 'Competition'

NUMBERS, NUMBERS, NUMBERS do the numbers can really define who we are? A platform like Blogspot, or Wordpress was once a channel for those who wanted to have a diary online. We could write whatever we wanted without considering the numbers of fans, and followers back then. However, such platform has turned to a million dollar, when bloggers like us can actually make lots of money from it! I am not going to lie, but I think it is a great opportunity to turn what we love, to the career which makes money. Yet, it comes with passion, happiness, or even jealousy. Nowadays, there are a lot of people who want to start this career not only the earnings, but fame also. Free gifts, free clothes, free tickets to the events, who wouldn't love that? But remember that blogging is a passion, not a competition. 

Why It Is Important to Love Yourself

The past few days were a bit rough for me. I guess it is normal to have one of those shitty days in the relationship, right? As some of you may know that I have been in a long distant relationship for years, it can strengthen the bond between the two persons, yet it can extremely hurt the feelings too. However, it has also made me realized apart from the relationship, or the friendship among friends and animals, nothing is better than "loving yourself" Seriously, there are a lot of reasons why it is important to love yourself. Your love just can't hurt your feelings, can it?
