Catseye London Midyear 2014 Collection

This is the very first time of The Equinox Fashion collaborating with "Catseye London" for their Midyear 2014 collection. And it's my pleasure to take a sneak peek of the collection two weeks before it's being launched on July 7th 2014!  

Catseye London is a UK based brand providing wide variety of quirky yet lovely  fashion accessories and beauty items such as coin purses, glasses cases, key rings, make-up bags and etc. I absolutely love how those trendy products are very versatility and can be mixed&matched with the outfits in several occasions including the special one.  

As you can see that I look a bit different in this post since it's not monochrome or pitch black outfit but "hologram" skirt with pastel pink top. Yes, I intentionally paired these selections in order to match with this lovely pink bag, the latest collection sent from Catseye London. At first, I didn't even believe my eyes that this's me because I looked too sweet for my signature street style lol However, I can prove that I can be sweet for once in a while.

Getaway Style x Rock On Ruby

My vacation month's now officially over since it's June and I am back on track with The Equinox Fashion, a blogging sphere which truly meant the world to me. 

During May, I spent most of my days planning about blog's strategies, as well as, personal branding. I have so many ideas going on in my head right now, however, I would rather take it step by step before I'm gonna be suffocated by my own thoughts. I can absolutely say that I work constantly every single day, and that one of the factors that I was sent to the hospital due to panic attack a week ago. I hadn't realized that deep down I was really pressuring myself, or unconsciously stressing 24/7 until the day I couldn't catch my breath for probably 5 to 10 minutes. Of course, I was terrified since it had never happened to me before. Therefore, my best advice is to loosen up yet stabilize my productive brain. I wonder how!? lol 

Anyway, yesterday I received a super cool tee sent from British brand called "Rock On Ruby" which surprisingly sent to me all the way to Bangkok, Thailand. I was extremely happy because there's my blog name "@thequinoxfashion" screened on top! Who wouldn't love it!? So, I didn't even hesitate to wear this in the next day at all because you have no idea how much this tee mean to me. I mixed and matched this Rock On Ruby's tee with my DIY short jeans and 2D bag purchased from Siam Square. I wanted the look to be the comfiest since it is still Summer in Bangkok, and the weather is incredibly boiling days by days.

Sending big hug to Rock On Ruby team, also the comments in the previous post! I read all of them, and I do appreciate your thoughts so much. I wouldn't be here without you guys, so again "Thank you very much!"

Before Winter Comes

Good morning from London lovelies. 

It's been almost two months since I landed, however, the weather always finds its way to surprise me. I've been working on my blog, meeting new people, collaborating with brands, as well as, travelling to Bradford/Leeds every weekend. Sometimes people ask me with some kind of like dazzling and sparkling look in their eyes "which city do you prefer?!?!".. Oh well, I think each city has its own charming. For example, if you love fashion and city life, then London. But if you are kind of lively, fun, artistic mind with street style passion then why not Leeds and Manchester?

Well I love both of them to be honest. What can I say, I work on my blog in London, but have a crazy night out and memorable parties at Leeds. London fulls of great opportunities which are waiting to be found. While, Leeds is one of the places where you can experience people' craziness and have an amazing time of your entire life. I love it, life is fun <3

Thus, before winter comes I really want to post my street style outfit before it's TOO LATE lol As always, black items with my black fringe bag and my signature hair style. I don't really have make up on except lips colour. And that's all, time to go out and have fun!

Identity Me x Dancing Dolls UK

Faux fur coat featured super chic leggings from Birmingham based brand, Dancing Dolls UK is totally completed my whole outfit of the day.

Last week, I had an opportunity to speak to the brand's designer "Paulinah" and she offered me leggings which she stated "perfectly match with your style" 

"To create creations of timeless women wear defined by style rather than fashion! To dress dolls ostentatiously: The doll who cut the puppet strings of fashion life and ignorance and don't wish to follow those rules that dedicate, caterogiize and try define their characters by their appearances" said Dancing Dolls UK. 

Due to the signature of the brand "urban, sexy, chic" I needed to stylize my look to be a combination of urban chic yet contained my personal street vibe. Thus, i mixed&matched the look with the jacket and fringe bag from H&M, New look shoes and floppy hat from street market in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Equinox Fashion Ft. Summer Violets

Fashion has to be practical in real life, so that it wouldn't be just a commercial.

 When it comes to fashion, some people might live with it, while some appreciate it as a kind of "art" For me, I take everything as an art such as fashion, food, painting and even life. How we create our lives is some sorts of a story. We create it, live with it and enjoy it. My 24 years story has been pretty good so far, up and down like a roller coaster but all the lessons learned make people become a "fighter" in reality. 

The more I take a risk, the more I discover that this world has prepared me with many things to explore. I have been searching my "self" for a year which kind of fashions do I really fond of, fashion designer, pr or writer. From year to year, I've found myself embraced with street fashion clothes and gotta admit that I live with it. Or else The Equinox Fashion wouldn't be here if I didn't take a step to become a blogger founder for my own blog. I do watch runway, but in the end my wardrobes are fulled of items which inspired by music and moods. Not even closed to Autumn or Winter season after all lol First, some high-end brands are just overrated. Second, I need to wear my "style" not a commercial look.

And my journey so far? 

I am in United Kingdom, but I had a little meeting with such a lovely blogger from Leeds last week. Even though, we spent a time together merely a while, I really enjoyed chitchatting with her because I love to meet new people and make new friends. Who know maybe we can collaborate in the future. Treasure Hunter

I'm still in United Kingdom due to many reasons, also many opportunities to seek for. Right now I feel like a treasure hunter who is in the middle of nowhere lol 

One of the greatest options in London is of course fashion which its trends keep rotating all the time. I always go to H&M, Topshop or even vintage stores located at Shoreditch. If you are a treasure hunter like me, you will eventually find some master pieces in those stores, besides it can be very cheap! 

Anyway, my signature is absolutely black outfit like this one. I bought this dress from Siam Square, famous street market in Bangkok, Thailand. Also, leather jacket and fringe bag from H&M, and boots from Primark which i paid only 12-15 pounds...compared to those shown in well known stores, they can be varied from 20 to 90 pounds! However, if you want something good from Dr. Martin or Jeffrey Campbell, you still be able to try at the stores. Or visit Offices, it's good ;) 

And let me introduce you to Laura, fashion blogger from Stylishvue. We arranged an informal meeting at Oxford Circus a week ago, and to be honest, she's really amazing!

I like To Keep It Simple

Apart from neon colors, "Black and White" might be my other two most wearing colors of all time since I love to keep it simple. 

I have been preparing clothes, documents and plans for United Kingdom recently. Thus, I have to jump around every single place located at downtown area. UK visiting this time is not just about spending my time wandering around the cities, but it's time to WORK also meet up with several local fashion bloggers. Moreover, I have to plan about fashion street areas so that I can take loads of photos and fulfill The Equinox Fashion experience there. I'M SO STOKED ABOUT UK ACTUALLY!!! And this is my MINI itinerary lol

Also I'm gonna take tamagotchi with me too lol

And of course, I will bring lots of clothes there such as studded jacket, floppy hat, T.U.K. creepers and etc. Anything masculine chic will do. Like this look, it's not that something so girly or sweet because I create the look with merely two colors "B&W"
