Ok, where should I begin? In September 2018, I was kicked out from the fashion company (for the most absurd reason) which I'm not gonna complain how drama it was. Yes, I lost my job, broke up with my boyfriend, and visa application to Japan wasn't going well as I had expected. Too much going on in a few months, and it made me think 'maybe I must find a full-time job to secure my life asap!" However, nothing was interesting enough...That's why I've decided to be my "own boss" instead. Let me be clear, it's all about luck + connection to get this individual career going. Looking for an authentic spa in Bangkok to visit during your vacay? I have one of my favorite places to recommend! So Thai Spa, the hidden gem located at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand (Sukhumvit 31 and only 5 to 10 minutes away from Asoke BTS station!) If you remember, I had 3 hrs session of Foot Massage, Body Scrub and Thai Oil Massage before. However, this time, I chose the usual Foot Massage, Aroma Massage, and Facial Massage. It was literally the 3 hours of heaven. No phone, no work, simply got myself pampered.

It's not about culture of 'spare the feelings', or what you were taught, it's all about 'yourself' Have courage to say or do what you want without fear or judged, that would make you the real 'man' Don't be afraid to express or state opinion, even though it would go against the society. Play dumb is what we women have been taught. To act like we don't know shit in front of a guy, and let them be a hero. Really?

Retro Editing App for Instagram

I've been in love with the retro/vintage photo editor app lately. I literally have tried loads on Play Store, but there's one of my faves I would LOVE to recommend! Not only it's FREE, but also easy to use. Some apps you have to wait more than 10 days for processing the photos, but you can actually get the photo right after. Easy right? So, I took this opportunity to use this app for the whole trip of the music event (aka overnight party) called Day Trip, which I tagged along Nowhere, my favorite Instagrammable bar & restaurant based in Bangkok, Thailand.

How to Balance Work and Life

"Work hard play hard" I'm sure y'll have heard before. That's right, balancing work and life is very important for all of us. Even myself, I would call a 'workaholic' since I probably work 24/7. Not only I am Thai fashion & travel blogger of The Equinox Fashion, but also day-time social media editor for the multi-channel footwear brand Villains SF, and freelance content creator and marketing for a few brands. I don't even know how the h*** I've managed the time so far. Seriously. However, thank god I don't have to go to the office every day, so I can at least spend time for my own project(s) as well as writing blog. How to balance work and life? Here are some of my honest tips, which involving some alcohol.

I love Thai massage & spa. Basically, I have foot massage done once a week and Aromatherapy oil massage once a month. Obviously, I love it. In fact, I love every natural spa product. If you remember Hohm Skin + Senses natural spa and body wellness, Thai brand based in Bangkok. How to Be a Strong Woman

What does 'strong woman' mean to you? For me, it means 'a woman who never give up and always be a fighter even when there's no light at the end of a tunnel' Months and months, I've taken a look at the role of the 'woman' seriously, and I think "damn we are so strong!" I'm not a feminist, but this is how I truly feel about my gender. At the age of 28, I've learnt so much about myself. Discovering who I really am, and never back down to anything. How to Wear a Red Heel

Black heels are every woman's comfort zone, right? We all have the basic black, white, nude, and brown high-heel in our shoedrobe. The go-to alternative in every situation. However, wearing a red heel can add some fun gimmick to our #ootd too! What's so special about these velvet heels I was wearing for the rooftop cafe at Rocket Coffee Bar at the EmQuartier? SOLEMATE, hand-made shoes especially for those who have a small foot. (However, they are also providing 'made-to-order' for those who have the special requirement. But, please bear in mind that the procedure will take time. So, you have to contact them in advance!) My feet are only 37 (UK 4) The normal size for Asian women, but probably looks like a kid size for US, UK, and EU size. High quality & the inside is incredibly soft, I was totally impressed when I was introduced to the brand for the first time.

Imagine the area in Bangkok, where you can't find the luxury department store, Instagrammable cafe, or whatever you would expect from a big city. I am from Bangkok, Thailand and I honestly love the diversity of my country. That's why I would love to show you more about the insight of this city, which you can experience the life like a local Bangkokian. Branding Yourself with The Impossible Spectacles Movitra Eyewear

When you are branding yourself, you need to ask "How do you want the audience to remember you?" and "What do you stand for?" For example, in my case as a fashion blogger of The Equinox Fashion, people always remember be as a street grunge style blogger with the sunglasses on. That's who I really am. If you follow my Instagram@thequinoxfashion, you will notice that 90% of the time I wear sunglasses in the photos. Not only I do wear in daily life, but also those are the items, which represent my personality. So, this is how I am branding myself, as a brand, not a person. A Girl Talk- Period Hacks

So, obviously the topic today is all about the 'period' Yes, I know that time of the month is so annoying. Before, my period was very strange, not only the color but also on&off timing. Color? Yes, my period was pitch black for almost half a year. Sometimes, it happened every other month. Scary right? However, there's nothing serious about it and I didn't even take the hormone pill as suggested by the doctor. Some of you may know that I believe in the exercise and vitamin, so taking a medicine would be my last resort. How did I solve the problem naturally? So, what do I really do behind The Equinox Fashion? The answer is 'social media editor & social media marketing' for the multi-channel brand. And I love them both! Being a blogger is literally the fundamental of the social media editor job. Because blogging has given me the basic knowledge, in terms of, content, visual aesthetic, and SEO. I mean, working online 24/7 means I have to keep updating about the social media marketing right? So, these two jobs are the mutual benefits. Wanna know how they are different?
